Gîte "Sainte-Sabine"

The 100 m2 accommodation is a recently renovated typical Périgord farm barn.
On the ground floor, there is an open-space room of 36 m2, with wooden floor, which includes a fitted and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine; a dining area for 6 people and a lounge area with sofa and flat screen television (with French and British channels). For the cooler seasons, this room is also equipped with underfloor heating.

Upstairs, there are 2 spacious bedrooms: a "parental" bedroom of 16 m2 with 1 king-size bed (160x200); a "family" room of 25 m2 with 1 king-size bed (160x200) and 2 single beds (90x200), and a bathroom with shower, sink & WC.

Outside, from your private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ, you will have direct access to the interior courtyard, the orchard, the garden and a gated swimming pool of 5m by 10m, opened from the 1st of June until the 30th of September (only shared with the hosts). A parking space is also dedicated to you next to the gîte.
