A refundable Security Deposit of 300€ is payable two weeks before arrival and will be returned within 2 weeks after your departure.
No smoking inside or by the pool - smoking permitted on the terrace

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Booking cancelled less than 60 days before will incur a charge equal to 30% of the stay.
Booking cancelled less than 30 days before will incur a charge equal to 50% of the stay.
All cancellations are subject to a 50€ administration fee.
